Alternatively, you can redesign a totally new home. LANEBROOK has embraced all the comforts of the home that is familiar to you, from nutritious meals made with the freshest ingredients, to lush gardens where you can grow plants, to pets that offer comfort and companionship. LANEBROOK Communities are designed to look and feel just like your old home, but with several provisions to make your life easy, convenient, and stress-free.

LANEBROOK offers individualized care based on your requests and requirements without interference of your privacy. The home is designed with a provision for service quarters, which you can use either as a care staff room or a storage area, depending on your needs. This service or storage area is built right in front of your home but as a separate entity with its own door and without direct access to your house. We designed your home in this way so you can maintain your privacy and for your household help or nurse to easily answer visitors. For long vacations, you can lock your house and your service staff would be able to access only the service quarter and not the rest of your home.

The landscape surrounding your home, which is maintained by LANEBROOK’s Building Service Specialists, is designed to serve as natural screens from your neighbors or other residents. You are definitely guaranteed of your privacy within the household without the disturbance of loud noises or staff intrusions.

You can wander and visit fellow Community Members, or sit quietly and enjoy a little personal time in the park, or do some exercise – thus you have options during the day of where to go and what to do. The footpath throughout the Community is designed to walk around and explore or sit and enjoy the view.

LANEBROOK pays careful attention to promote your health and ensure your security. We provide a nursing support 24 hours a day and an emergency response system in every home. We communicate openly with your family members to inform them of any care recommendations and changes to your health conditions and requirements. Your security is also maintained with secure access points to the Community, intercom entry, and natural surveillance.

In consultation with all Community Members, we offer you vibrant programming and activities designed around what you enjoy doing. If you want an active day, you can attend zumba classes in the morning in one of our exercise stations or go on a day trip to a nearby farm. If you prefer taking it slow, you can have arts and crafts activities. At night, you can enjoy a glass of wine with your neighbors or watch a movie together. All these will depend on what you want to do. Your options are endless.
