Comfort: We have 24/7 Director of First Impressions ready to attend to your needs and answer your queries. LANEBROOK is managed by a professional property management company with complete technical and medical team of engineers, nurses, dietary specialists, and lifestyle coordinators.

Dining: You have the option to cook your food in your own home. Your kitchen is fully furnished should you decide to prepare your own meals. Alternatively for Community Members who want less hassle from food preparation, you can pre-order food from us on a weekly basis, which you can pay on top of your rental fee. Our Executive Chefs and Dietary Specialists ensure that you will get the most value (nutrition-wise and price-wise!) from the healthy and sumptuous meals they will prepare. You can choose to have your meals delivered at your doorstep; but for a more fun dining experience, you can join the rest of your neighbors in an elegant and spacious Cafeteria.

Wellness: At LANEBROOK, we work to create a socially connected community with opportunities for Community Members to enliven the body, stimulate the mind, renew purpose, and nurture the heart. We conduct physical activities, aerobic exercise, guided meditation, and yoga for better mind and body functioning and stress reduction. Cognitive exercises such as journaling, word and strategy games, and creative arts maintain intellect and language skills. We hold purposeful activities like quilting and sewing of products to be donated, volunteering, and teaching of skills to others to create a strong social network and sense of purpose.

This is why we provide 24-hour Nurse available to assist you any time of the day or night. Your home is equipped with panic buttons to signal distress to the Director of First Impressions.

Remote Care: We coordinate healthcare services with clinics, hospitals, and doctors nearby. LANEBROOK Communities are located in or near city centers where access to top-notch medical care is within your reach. LANEBROOK Team Members can arrange for your regular visits to the doctor or for the doctors to come to your home, depending on your requirement.
