For now, LANEBROOK is meant for independent living. As the life stage and needs change, you have ready help at a cost efficient way through the available care services offered by reputable hospitals and care companies located close to our communities. They can visit you on a regular basis or you can have 24-hour care service arrangements with them.

Each LANEBROOK Community is composed of 70-12 0 homes – a size that will enable you to get to know your neighbors and establish ties with them. At the same time, the community size allows LANEBROOK Team Members to give you high-quality personalized care, manage the community efficiently, and provide excellent service at a reasonable price.

We planned the homes based on your lifestyle and life stage needs. Your home is an open, single-level floor plan with ample indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces. We have included ageless, wellness, and safety design features, as well as efficient and energy saving features. There are also design features that can be customized as your life stage changes.

1. Independent Living

LANEBROOK Independent Living offers all the benefits of living in your own home in a community setting with low maintenance and planning for future needs. With this option, you don’t have to worry about cleaning your house, doing chores, or cooking. Feel free to create the lifestyle you want and customize the services based on your wellness needs.

2. CareStaff Assisted Living

LANEBROOK Assisted Living offers personal assistance programs through third party CareStaff agencies and home health providers to meet your physical needs and enhance the quality of life without losing your independence. The Philippines boasts of a high-skilled pool of nurses, from which you can choose a personal nurse whom you can source and hire from the nearby hospitals to assist you and care for your needs. These nurses have top consideration of your dignity and respect to your families. Alternatively, you can hire a stay-in helper or nanny, whose services are very reasonably priced. An average salary of a ‘yaya’ is Php 4,000, depending on the level of experience and amount of work you will give her. You can have your private nurse or ‘yaya’ stay in the service quarters, which LANEBROOK has already put up in front of your house.

LANEBROOK’s Assisted Living option is a human-centric alternative to an assisted living facility tailored for older adults who do not require intensive nursing care. Aside from home features and amenities, you get to enjoy these services:
