LANEBROOK amenities are designed to make you mobile and active, and to encourage bonding with friends and family. These amenities are designed for your enjoyment to:

Stay Fit: There is a Fitness Studio, exercise stations throughout the Community, footpaths, and garden plots in your home to encourage physical activity. Be in shape – it will improve your mood and performance and help you feel and look younger, too!

Learn: The Arts Studio, Workshop Room, and Gaming Room will help keep your mind active. Learning something new each day will definitely stimulate your brain to stay sharp.

Connect: Pocket parks surround LANEBROOK Communities to encourage making friends with other Community Members. Activities held in venue rooms serve as avenues for meeting friends with similar interests. A Pet Park also encourages care for animals for companionship and for sharing stories with like-minded friends.

Participate: The Community Hall with several rooms is the central venue for activities at LANEBROOK. The LANEBROOK Club office and the Building Service Specialists also hold office here.

Have Fun: Adult and children’s swimming pools will create bonding experiences for the family and with neighbors. Dip your feet on the cool waters and add a splash of laughter to your daily activities.

Get Involved: You will have a voice in the community through meetings that the LANEBROOK Club will conduct with your different committees. You and your fellow Community Members will create an empowered community with open communication and transparency.

Volunteer: Open spaces are provided where you can hold activities for the social programs and issues you care about. You can hold special interest lectures in the Workshop Room and join social awareness activities and events to give back to the bigger community.

Sustainability

LANEBROOK has design features that support environmental sustainability and energy conservation.

  • We use local building materials that come from sustainable sources.
  • We reduce energy demand through high levels of wall and light fittings and low-energy appliances.
  • Windows are large with low sills to allow natural ventilation and limit the need for air-conditioning.
  • We are equipped with an integrated building management system based on occupancy sensors that control lighting.
  • Portable water usage is reduced through the use of low-flow sinks and showers and low-flush or dual-flush toilets.
  • The homes have large porches to provide ample shading and pleasant outdoor space to take advantage of the tropical climate.

You can also be part of reducing LANEBROOK Communities’ carbon footprint by using the extensive footpaths along the site, utilizing resources on-hand or available in your home, and availing common meals prepared by Executive Chefs. Together, we can create a community that is not just all-fun and vibrant but also environmentally responsible and energy conservative.

Smart Technology

LANEBROOK Communities are equipped with the latest technology to ensure your safety, security, and peace of mind:

Audio/Video Monitoring: We have a guest annunciator, an electrical signaling device often used in hotels or offices to indicate the source of calls. At LANEBROOK, we use the annunciator to screen your unannounced visitors, clear passage for deliveries, and enable easy connection to the front desk.

Security: There are closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras installed in various parts of the LANEBROOK Community to ensure safety and security of all Community Members round-the-clock and to attend to emergency situations.

ConnectedLiving: LANEBROOK Communities use a secure, easy-to-use web-based social network called ConnectedLiving, an award-winning social platform specifically designed for older adults. Using the network, you can access a customized homepage that allows you to surf the web in a protected environment, and choose from activities like e-mailing, viewing and sharing photos, listening to audiobooks and music, shopping online, and sharing daily activity updates.

Personal Alarm: All homes have panic buttons installed in the bedroom, toilet, kitchen, living room, and dining room.

Sensors: LANEBROOK Communities are equipped with motion sensors to light up hallways and the way to the toilet.

eBill: LANEBROOK offers an electronic billing and paying system or eBill if you prefer to review and settle your monthly fees online.
