The LANEBROOK Design Team draws upon their expertise in older adult care, resort and hotel design, accessibility design, and architecture to develop neighborhoods with well-designed homes , strategically positioned furniture, and thoughtfully appointed common areas. The purpose is to combine aesthetics and accessibility with utility to create independent living communities that are human-centric, safe, friendly, and comfortable.
We planned the homes based on your lifestyle and life stage needs. Your home is an open, single-level floor plan with ample indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces. We have included ageless, wellness, and safety design features, as well as efficient and energy saving features. There are also design features that can be customized as your life stage changes. We offer 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units – a variety of options to meet your home space requirements.
One (1) Bedroom Unit (72 sq. meters or 775 sq. feet)
Lanebrook’s one-bedroom unit features an open design layout that segregates the public area (living and dining) from the private area (bedroom). It has the smallest floor size among all types of units, measuring 63 sq. m.
Two (2) Bedroom Unit (130 sq. meters or 1,399 sq. feet)
Our two-bedroom unit has a size of 93 sq. m. and features an open design layout without obstruction. It is single level that enables easy and safe movement throughout the house. Floor to ceiling height is 3.35 meters throughout the unit. The layout is designed to accommodate regular-sized furniture.
Three (3) Bedroom Unit (197 sq. meters or 2,120 sq. feet)
The three-bedroom unit features an open design layout, encouraging free movement throughout a wide space of 156 sq. m. The living and dining areas are located at the center of the house, with each of the bedrooms surrounding it. The unit is single level with a floor to ceiling height of 3.35 meters. The layout is designed to accommodate regular-sized furniture pieces.
