One Bedroom Unit
(72 sq. meter or 775 sq. feet)
Lanebrook’s one-bedroom unit features an open design layout that segregates the public area (living and dining) from the private area (bedroom). It has the smallest floor size among all types of units, measuring 63 sq. m.
The unit is single level that allows easy and safe movement throughout the house. Floor to ceiling height is 3.35 meters throughout the house. The layout is designed to accommodate regular-sized furniture pieces.
The bedroom has a size of approximately 12.75 sq. m. and can fit a queen-sized bed and still have enough circulation space. A large toilet and bath is directly accessible from the bedroom and can accommodate a wheelchair and a bath hoist. The kitchen is open, encouraging interaction with guests or family members while preparing meals or cleaning up. Outside the kitchen is an air condition condensing area.
Other features of the unit include a walk-in closet, linen and medicine cabinets, and an indoor laundry or storage area. There is also a provision for a private terrace at the back end of the unit, which can be accessible from the living area and the bedroom.
A guestroom, which can be converted to a care staff room, can be found outside the unit, adjacent to the main entrance. The staff room has its own toilet and bath. This separate room can be accessed from the main entrance without having to enter the unit, enabling the unit owner to keep his or her privacy while being able to easily access the care staff.
