Our two-bedroom unit has a size of 93 sq. m. and features an open design layout without obstruction. It is single level that enables easy and safe movement throughout the house. Floor to ceiling height is 3.35 meters throughout the unit. The layout is designed to accommodate regular-sized furniture.

The two bedrooms have the same size, at about 12.75 sq. m. each. This is ideal for owners who wish to share their house and split the cost with a friend, or for single occupants who would require additional bedroom in the future. The bedrooms can fit a queen-sized bed and still have enough space to move around.

The bedrooms are separated by the living and dining rooms, which are found in the middle of the house. Each bedroom has an adjacent spacious toilet and bath that can accommodate a wheelchair and a bath hoist. In between each of the bedrooms and T&Bs are a walk-in closet, linen and medicine cabinets, and storage units and shelf. The unit has a wide and open kitchen, promoting interaction with family members or guests while preparing food or washing dishes. There is also an air condition condensing area just outside the kitchen.

A large terrace can also be found at the back end of the unit. This private space, which can be accessed from the living room and each of the bedrooms, can serve as additional area for entertaining family members and guests.

There is an indoor laundry or storage in the middle of the house. A guestroom, which can be converted to a care staff room is located outside the unit, adjacent to the main entrance. The staff room has its own toilet and bath. This separate room can be accessed from the main entrance without having to enter the unit, allowing homeowners to maintain their privacy while being able to conveniently access the care staff.
