The three-bedroom unit features an open design layout, encouraging free movement throughout a wide space of 156 sq. m. The living and dining areas are located at the center of the house, with each of the bedrooms surrounding it. The unit is single level with a floor to ceiling height of 3.35 meters. The layout is designed to accommodate regular-sized furniture pieces.

The kitchen is open and spacious, encouraging household members to interact with one another or with guests while preparing meals or washing dishes. Outside the kitchen is an air condition condensing area.

There are three bedrooms: two master bedrooms and a third one, which all share a similar size of 16 sq. m. All three rooms can fit a queen-sized bed and still have enough circulation space. Each of the two master bedrooms has an attached spacious toilet that can accommodate a wheelchair and a bath hoist. Another toilet and bath is located just outside the third bedroom, and can also accommodate a wheelchair and a bath hoist.

Each of the two master bedrooms also features an adjacent walk-in closet, linen and medicine cabinets, storage units, and shelf. An indoor laundry can also be found in the middle of the house, across the third toilet and bath. The high headroom in the laundry area can be used as additional space for storing laundry or other household items. A large terrace can also be accessed from each of the two master bedrooms and the living and the dining rooms, which can extend the area in which to entertain family, friends, and guests.

A guestroom, which can be converted to a care staff room, is located outside the unit, adjacent to the main entrance. The staff room can accommodate two care staff, and has its own toilet and bath. This separate room can be accessed from the main entrance without having to enter the unit, allowing homeowners to maintain their privacy while being able to access caregivers when they need them.
